• Ready to be pushed beyond what you think you’re capable of? • At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. • We’re seeking a candidate who is passionate about our mission and believes in the power of crypto and blockchain technology. • Join the Strategic Programs team as a Senior Technical Program Manager. • Responsible for strategy, planning, and execution of crypto-focused programs critical to Coinbase. • Create and lead a continuous improvement program in the crypto assets space. • Accountable for roadmap delivery, including success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. • Team up with stakeholders to gather requirements and define objectives. • Create requirements documentation, milestone mapping, prioritization, and program communications. • Monitor program status, identify issues/risks, communicate succinctly, and collaborate for timely resolution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience at a technology company and/or in a technical capacity. • Enjoy solving hard problems and can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plans. • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in order to drive alignment. • Ability to leverage data to inform critical decisions and make recommendations. • Prior experience working on global programs. • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. • Nice to haves: Program or project management certifications. • Prior crypto experience and a demonstrated interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies. • Advanced understanding of Google apps, JIRA, Looker, SQL.
