• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients • Act as the main point of contact and build trust through regular communication • Understand client businesses, goals, and challenges to propose relevant solutions • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand client base • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded • Own the renewal process from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful renewals of client contracts • Develop and execute renewal strategies tailored to each client’s situation and goals • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer success, product) to leverage insights and resources that enhance client retention • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize renewal rates while maintaining strong client relationships • Prepare renewal proposals and presentations, outlining the value and benefits of our solutions • Ensure all renewal documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and legal standards • Advocate for clients internally to ensure their needs are met across departments • Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction • Serve as a proactive problem solver and escalate issues as needed • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities • Demonstrate a deep understanding of products/services to effectively address client inquiries • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market demands • Track and report on sales performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and client satisfaction levels • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) • 3 years proven B2B experience in sales or account management, with a track record of achieving targets • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing issues • Familiarity with Financial Services industry • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings (if applicable) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
