Description

• Coordinate with clients, team members, and 3rd party vendors through the project lifecycle including screener and discussion guide design, recruitment, moderation, analysis and reporting • Perform qualitative analysis to surface “storytelling” insights to be used for strategic recommendations for our clients • Create high-quality presentations/reports leveraging user-friendly visualization and layouts • Work with team members to ensure all project deadlines are met and project logistics are accounted for • Collaborate with quantitative team members on multi-method projects and cross-train/support on occasional quantitative projects

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with qualitative supplier-side market research, including research design, recruitment, moderation, analysis and reporting • 2+ years experience in Market Research or Consumer Insights agency. • Native/Bilingual Spanish-language fluency required • Demonstrated successful moderation in-language and in-culture. • Ability to moderate both online and in-person methodologies, such as video IDIs, online bulletin boards/diaries, focus groups • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation • Intellectually curious with a passion for research and talking to people • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • Experience with quantitative research a plus
