Description

• Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor product and engineering effectiveness. • Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate data collection, providing clear insights that influence product decisions. • Regularly report on the health of product and engineering metrics to ensure alignment with company goals. • Support data-driven decision-making by providing operational insights from collected data. • Contribute to improving the usage of data across product and engineering teams, ensuring decisions are well-informed and timely. • Assist in driving a culture of data literacy across the teams, ensuring everyone is equipped to make informed choices. • Support the continuous improvement of the product development lifecycle, including assisting in requirements gathering, development tracking, testing, and release management. • Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to keep product development on track and efficient. • Help optimize processes for product and engineering teams, ensuring smoother collaboration and timely delivery of initiatives. • Provide operational support for daily product and engineering activities, including helping to streamline processes and resource management. • Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and other teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. • Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving product delivery and efficiency. • Lead and mentor a small team of product operations professionals, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure product operations strategies align with the broader company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or related fields within the software industry • Experience with metrics and dashboards to monitor product performance and engineering processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate data into clear actions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on working across teams and levels • Familiarity with product management tools and data analytics platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, knowledge of software development practices and engineering processes
