• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields • Proven experience in leading and building a Sales Development Program, with a strong track record of successful lead generation and conversion • Comprehensive understanding of sales tools and platforms • Proven leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication abilities for both internal coordination and client interactions • Track record of adapting strategies to effectively address client needs
