Description

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's or preferably master's degree in business or engineering. β€’ Fluent in both Japanese and English. β€’ Valid work permit for Japan. β€’ 10+ years of experience in B2B sales roles, with a track record of success in selling software or high-tech solutions. β€’ Proven ability to drive complex, consultative sales cycles and negotiate multi-year contracts with enterprise clients. β€’ Strong network of contacts within the automotive industry in Japan and APJ, particularly among OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
