Description

• Remote position, based in Tokyo • Maximise sales and profitability for the region • Achieve enrolment targets within agreed expenditure budget for the region • Develop sales and marketing plans for each designated market and ensure they are implemented efficiently • Develop strong relationships with EC partners, providing accurate and timely sales and marketing support • Negotiate all partnership conditions with EC clients including commission levels, marketing plans, objectives, bonus plans and communicate and record internally as required • Control of serious operational problems and payment issues within region • Liaise closely with Admissions and EC Centres regarding markets and partners to ensure optimum customer service levels. Troubleshoot as required • Liaise with EC marketing department regarding material production, brochure distribution, and marketing initiative and offers in the region • Compile market research and competitor activity and analysis for the region • Source, identify and develop new business/product opportunities for the region

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Fluent in Japanese, written and spoken • Fluent in English, written and spoken to be able to submit weekly reports and market intelligence • Experience in an international sales/account management environment in the education industry. • A proven track record in achieving sales and profitability objectives • Knowledge of the EFL industry
