Description

• The Customer Service Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. • Provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. • As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, solve problems for bank customers and promote card benefits. • Resolve customer complaints and de-escalate emotional situations using our elevation process to meet customer’s needs.

Requirements

• 18 years of age with a High School diploma/GED • 1 year of customer service experience required and experience in contact center is a plus • Able to speak, write and understand French and English which will be confirmed by an assessment • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking • Eagerness to learn new technologies
