• Experience Level: Intermediate to expert in Power Platform governance, administration, and Power Apps development. • Background experience in Dynamics 36 customer service and sales functionality, customizations and administration. • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center and Center of Excellence Starter Kit configuration. • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and customization development will be required. • Omnichannel knowledge and experience would be a benefit. • Power Platform Technologies: Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform components. • Enterprise Focus: Demonstrated experience in deployment, administration and support within large-scale environments. • Training & Troubleshooting: Skilled in delivering technical training and resolving complex application issues.
