📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in banking, fintech, or payments: Proven track record of building and managing partnerships with financial institutions, ideally in a B2B context. • Cross-Border Expertise: Hands-on experience with international payment systems (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, local RTGS) and an understanding of how stablecoins intersect with traditional rails. • Fintech Exposure: Prior role at a high-growth fintech and / or a bank with a strong digital innovation focus. • Partnership Wins: Demonstrable success in negotiating complex deals with banks—think contracts that unlocked new markets or optimized costs.
