• Conduktor is an Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platform that specializes in streaming. • We empower industry leaders to implement their Streaming Data Strategy with a comprehensive approach to data control, compliance, and security; unconstrained by their infrastructure providers. • Our platform mitigates data security risks while enhancing communication, automation, and observability across data flows. • We have hubs in New York and London, and we are looking for people who are excited by our mission and want to share this journey with us. • For this role we are looking for someone based in San Francisco to be able to easily visit prospects and customers. • The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned region, acquiring and expanding large enterprise customers who rely on Kafka for their data streaming needs. • This role will be critical in building Conduktor's sales strategy, executing on revenue targets, and fostering long-term relationships with key clients and partners. • You will lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for enterprise clients.
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role within enterprise SaaS, data streaming, or cloud technology, with a proven track record of selling into enterprise accounts and exceeding revenue targets. • Strong leadership experience in building, coaching, and motivating high-performing sales teams, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels. • Deep understanding of the Kafka ecosystem, data streaming, cloud-native platforms, and enterprise data architectures, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value. • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, ensuring alignment between sales strategies, company goals, and customer needs. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience leading executive-level discussions and closing high-value contracts. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
