📋 Description
• Manage relationships with current customers and build connections with prospects • Secure large and enterprise-level sales with new & existing customers • Efficiently manage a portfolio of customer accounts • Identify and articulate pain in the customer’s sales processes • Craft multi-year strategic plans with the customer • Represent Configura at industry events • Support campaign initiatives with a cross-functional team
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a customer relationship management role • Experience and a deep understanding of the Material Handling industry • Comfortable engaging with all levels through your customers organization • Experience supporting and investing in team members who are earlier on in their careers • Curious about how and why things are done with a focus on continued innovation • Experience of selling/consulting within the custom software development space at the enterprise level is a bonus • Experience as a customer to the IT industry within material handling or similar industries is a bonus
