📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with expertise in business operations to join our team remotely. • This role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, managing key accounts, and optimizing daily business operations to enhance efficiency and support our customers effectively. • Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to drive success and growth. • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address and resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently. • Identify and resolve product-specific issues by coordinating with the concerned departments and ensuring effective closure. • Monitor, analyze, and optimize day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth workflows and enhanced customer satisfaction. • Support customers in maximizing the use of data dashboards by resolving technical issues, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable insights to enhance their operational efficiency and overall business performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, or Finance • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer success and business operations. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. • Strong skills in key account management and handling multiple clients. • As part of the hiring process, all candidates will be asked to complete an assessment. Cutoff qualification is 70%.
