Description

• Develop new production programs for the Confluent Medical portfolio • Identify, qualify, develop proposals and close new production opportunities • Align production opportunities with strategic plans, capabilities and profitability goals • Maintain customer account profiles and learn potential customer’s development pipelines • Organize business tasks, develop proposals, manage expenses, negotiate supply agreements and provide customer support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required with a technical degree preferred • 5 plus years’ CDMO sales / sales management experience with medical devices • Direct prior experience and relationships within the assigned customer accounts • Demonstrated success in previous sales role; indicating a high level of sales performance • Teaching and educating customers on product and technically relevant information • Computer proficiency • Ability to travel 50% of the time • Fluent English communication skills, written and oral • Ability to work independently to schedule and perform personal activities that achieve assigned goals • Highly accountable for personal performance to effect sales goal achievement
