β€’ Develop and direct domestic sales organization to maximize sales volume and revenue. β€’ Recruit, Retain and Develop key personnel. β€’ Assist in design and development of strategic direction for domestic sales programs and policies. β€’ Ensure the sales organization successfully implements strategies developed by the Company. β€’ Manage and coach market development managers and territory managers. β€’ Establish and maintain direct customer relationships with key customers. β€’ Manage financial planning of the Sales organization including expense compliance, budgets, forecasts, and product pricing.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 5 years experience in sales and/or marketing in the medical device industry. β€’ Prefer 2 years experience in sales management position or equivalent positions. β€’ BA/BS in Business or Science.
