Description
• Develop and direct domestic sales organization to maximize sales volume and revenue. • Recruit, Retain and Develop key personnel. • Assist in design and development of strategic direction for domestic sales programs and policies. • Ensure the sales organization successfully implements strategies developed by the Company. • Manage and coach market development managers and territory managers. • Establish and maintain direct customer relationships with key customers. • Manage financial planning of the Sales organization including expense compliance, budgets, forecasts, and product pricing.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales and/or marketing in the medical device industry. • Prefer 2 years experience in sales management position or equivalent positions. • BA/BS in Business or Science.
