β€’ Our Company β€’ Congo Brands is at the epicenter of where consumer demand meets product development. β€’ Congo Brands is a health and wellness brand that sells supplements, fitness snacks, hydration drinks, energy drinks, and more through ecommerce and retail partnerships. β€’ As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our consumer experience and paid media strategies across the entire digital landscape. β€’ Your leadership will be critical in driving performance marketing execution at retail, aligning digital efforts with overall business goals, and optimizing strategies for incremental growth. β€’ You will help build and lead our consumer experience, retail media, and digital advertising teams, while partnering closely with ecommerce account teams.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in performance marketing, digital advertising, and retail media. β€’ Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement. β€’ Experience managing teams and driving performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. β€’ Strong leadership and team management abilities. β€’ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. β€’ Strategic thinker with deep expertise in digital marketing, including retail media networks and digital advertising platforms. β€’ Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in KPI tracking and performance analysis. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
