•Our Company •Congo Brands is at the epicenter of where consumer demand meets product development. •Congo Brands houses some of the World’s most noted brands. •The main priority of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is to drive the strategy and initiatives. •The RSM will manage distributor business results in the respective territory. •Sell and execute company strategy and initiatives for regional and local chains. •Influence execution of programs via decision maker within chain. •Ownership of volume targets, spending budgets and overall results. •Ensure local market/region pricing is in line with national pricing standards. •Work with Field Sales Organization to ensure In-store standards. •Lead team toward maximizing the sale and distribution of all company products. •Develop, manage and/or maximize partnerships to drive improved performance. •Conduct business performance reviews with distributors to track, monitor and adjust efforts.
•5 years’ experience managing regional or national accounts, beverage experience preferred. •Distributor and supplier experience preferred. •Self-motivated with a proactive approach •Existing knowledge of regional off premise chains within assigned territory •Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills •Must be organized with the ability to work both independently and within team environment. •Must be adaptive to change within organization and industry. •Must be willing to travel to meet with assigned customers. •Results oriented, innovative, strong problem solving and negotiation skills. •Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace •Proficient with Microsoft Office products •Display integrity, character, and strong leadership skills. •Valid Driver’s License
