• Connected International, Inc. is a leading cannabis company. • The Director, Sales will oversee the company’s product sales. • The role involves strategic leadership in multiple markets. • Will manage senior relationships and contribute to strategic planning.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field highly preferred; MBA or Master’s degree a plus • 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sales leadership capacity (director+) • Ability to effectively lead a geographically dispersed team in sales, marketing and commercial account activity • Highly collaborative with deep understanding of cross-functional needs and interdepartmental dependencies and trade-offs • Experienced people leader who has managed large teams at scale • Has built KPIs into the culture and the management cadence of a sales department • Has built the sales team, strategy, and process for companies in regulated CPG (preferred) • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish • Understands how to design and implement sales incentive programs
