Description

• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts • Record daily company transactions • Close books monthly • Reconciling payroll • Reconciling bank transactions • Maintain timely communications with clients • Fill out tax forms and work with accountants to ensure compliance • Manage accounts payable and receivable, as well as payroll • Process purchases and refunds for customers • General admin and data entry duties to assist with the overall business operations. • Ad hoc reporting and other duties as required

Requirements

• 3 + years of solid bookkeeping experience across all functions • Demonstrable advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and financial administration, accounts reconciliation and accounting software • Proficiency with bookkeeping software like MYOB and XERO • Strong understanding of accounting and financial operations • Nice to Have: • AU Bookkeeping • AU Accounting • AU Tax • Bookkeeping/Accounting Certification
