• Remote is solving global remote organizations’ biggest challenge: employing anyone anywhere compliantly. • This is an exciting time to join our global Payroll Operations team not only because we are growing, but because our teams build the future of Global Payroll by elevating the processes and ways of working in the industry. • Review and guarantee submission of payroll-related data to service providers, statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals. • Coordinate existing relationships with payroll, accounting and benefits service providers. • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers to run their monthly payroll cycle. • Responsible for ensuring full data integrity. • Be able to build processes from ground up and focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years experience of in-house payroll processing for the Philippines • Knowledge of payroll best practices. • Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet. • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact. • Is a productivity geek and will constantly think of ways to improve and speed up their work.
