Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience as a recruiter in an automation industry (Factory Automation, Industrial/Process Automation, Logistics and Buildings) • Experience working in an international environment/offshoring. • Self-driven, adaptable to change, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced, evolving market. • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships to clients from the ground up. • Comfortable working in a remote environment. • Able to work across multiple cultures and adapt communication styles based on this. • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking system. • Nice to Have: • Background in Recruiter Flow or Vincere
