Description

• You will play an integral role in assisting potential students to take the next steps in their education journey. • Manage Outbound Calls • Manage and nurture your pipeline of warm leads • Adhere to our contact strategy • Assisting potential students with their application into their desired course • Following our compliance measures and maintain a high level of data integrity • Achieving monthly KPIs

Requirements

• 1- 3 years minimum in a sales environment is highly desirable • Experience in a call centre environment • A positive track record of being able to achieve KPIs and Targets • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Process and procedure oriented • Good level of computer literacy. This will include working various CRM’s and Administration systems • An understanding of sales methodologies (desired but not essential) • Coachable - the willingness to take on feedback • Strong work ethic, honest and reliable
