Description

• Constrafor is a SaaS and fintech platform purpose-built for construction. • We are setting new standards of productivity and cost-efficiency for the way General Contractors and Subcontractors manage procurement & financial transactions. • Join us on our mission to advance the largest industry in the world. • Account Executive to drive the growth of Early Pay Program by identifying and creating new opportunities with contractors. • Responsibilities include proactively targeting and engaging prospects to drive growth, evaluating and qualifying contractors’ credit eligibility, and coordinating applications both internally and with external partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct sales experience. • Optimistic with a strong urge to win. • Prove ability and desire to prospect and hunt for new leads, prospects, and business opportunities. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to scale with the organization. • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect at all levels, both internally and externally. • Attention to detail and ability to operate in the weeds without losing sight of the big picture. • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous context with limited direction or oversight. • Exposure to the construction industry is a plus. • Experience selling a financial product is a plus.

Benefits
