• Company Overview: ConsultNet is a leading provider of comprehensive IT services and solutions, dedicated to helping businesses optimize their technology infrastructure and achieve their strategic goals. • Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Desk Account Executive to join our team. • Key Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and target new business opportunities in the IT services and solutions market. • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions. • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized solutions that align with clients' business objectives and technical requirements. • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients. • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and close deals to achieve sales targets. • Account Management: Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations to clients. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and support departments, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management. • Recruiting: Identify and attract top talent for our organization by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and assessing their fit for our company culture and requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT services and solutions industry, with a demonstrated ability to recruit top talent. • Skills: • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry trends. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
