Description

• Managing and developing local reward team • Review and benchmark compensation arrangements • Develop and maintain market-competitive pay offerings • Proactive partnering with local and global HR • Total Reward education for HR colleagues • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition for management offers • Support managers and employees with communication of Convatec’s grading structure • Preparing and managing the annual compensation review • Review and benchmark health and welfare benefits • Manage insured benefits and retirement offerings • Oversee all fiduciary duties and ensure compliance • Champion global initiatives and employee offerings in region • Lead or support global reward projects • Ensuring values and Forever Caring are embedded

Requirements

• Very strong communication and analytical skills • Proven experience of managing employee reward and benefits • Able to manage a regional budget • Able to work in a global organization • Experience of applying survey and benchmarking data • Strong working knowledge and experience in embedding and managing job architecture and grading systems • In-depth knowledge of regional compensation practices and local pay legislation • Experience of managing 401k and non-qualifying plans • Ability to prioritize and manage work in a busy global environment • Experience of Workday ideal • Some travel in region is required
