Description
• Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. • Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving sales targets. • Manage a personal sales pipeline and track progress. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. • Report to the Country Lead with daily reports on sales activities.
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in coaching or content creation. • Experience selling SaaS is a plus. • Proven sales success track record. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish; proficiency in French or English is a plus. • Good networking capabilities with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
