β€’ If you are a technical Business Development or sales professional looking for an opportunity to grow and develop professionally, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! β€’ You will own engaging the contractor, engineering, and end-user community to support the application and integration of Vilter & Copeland technology in large scale industrial-Commercial systems and solutions. β€’ The position will have a special focus on Industrial refrigeration/heat pump solutions utilizing natural refrigerants where our compression technology is highly regarded. β€’ Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network. β€’ Work with team to develop proposals that deliver customer value. β€’ Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. β€’ Understand and synthesize ecosystem changes with a view to developing new products, solutions, services, and business models. β€’ Identify opportunities for campaigns or other unique engagement approaches. β€’ Actively contribute expertise, ideas, and business intelligence to the larger team to help drive continuous improvement and business growth. β€’ Work with existing customers to continue to develop solutions that help them solve challenges/needs. β€’ Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. β€’ Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to participate in pricing solution/service offerings for customers. β€’ Represent Copeland in industry associations and memberships.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, related technical degree or equivalent years of experience β€’ Minimum 5+ years' experience with Industrial & Commercial Refrigeration β€’ Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently β€’ Working knowledge of scroll, screw, or reciprocating compression technologies β€’ Willingness to grow, learn, develop and take-on new challenges β€’ Demonstrated leadership experience β€’ Able to travel 30% to meet business needs β€’ Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future
