🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in business development, sales, or similar role • At least 2 years in leadership or management capacity • Proven success in outbound sales and lead generation, preferably in B2B or SaaS environment • Strong analytical skills with CRM and sales automation tools • Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership abilities • Ability to build scalable sales processes and drive team accountability • High energy and results-oriented mindset • Collaborative team player with experience working with cross functional teams • Positive attitude with a strong ability to take action and responsibility • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
