โ€ข The Employee Relations Manager supports the Director in executing the employee relations strategy. โ€ข Oversees a team of Advisors, ensuring effective delivery of employee relations processes. โ€ข Works on strategic projects and handles high-risk employee relations cases. โ€ข Collaborates with HR and legal teams for compliance and support.

Requirements

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. โ€ข 7+ years of experience in employee relations or HR, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role. โ€ข Strong leadership/delegation skills, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, team leadership experience, and handling escalated cases. โ€ข Knowledge of regional labor laws, experience with metrics and reporting.
