β’ As a Retail Territory Manager, you will manage a territory of The Home Depot accounts β’ Analyze metrics in SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad to map out customer routing β’ Establish strong relationships with Key Decision Makers in your territory β’ Drive top line sales through strategic initiative planning and store POS analytics β’ Influence Key Decision Makers on store level placement of national promotions β’ Work closely with the Sales Operations team to ensure proper inventory for promotional activities β’ Drive execution strategy based on trends and SKU level detail β’ Sell and execute the national event activations and overdrive strategies to drive sales β’ Partner with retail service partners for accountability and corrective actions β’ Leverage sales enablement tools to analyze data and close sales gaps β’ Establish and maintain relationships with professional end-users through product solutions and training. β’ Execute monthly job site visits to deliver pro target POS goals and engage with professional end users.
β’ 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry β’ Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually) β’ The ability to lift up to 50lbs β’ Some additional physical labor will be required including climbing ladders and being on your feet for several hours a day β’ Ability to analyze Power BI and SalesForce data to develop strategic growth plans to improve financial performance β’ Goal-oriented and highly driven to provide results that grow, develop, and drive strong quarterly and annual sales results within a specific region or market β’ Possess an understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
