Description

All employees must be able to work 9am-5pm in their timezone, Pacific to Eastern. • As an Engineering Manager you will be in the middle of it all – implementing functionality, architecting our system, squashing bugs, maintaining the health of our code, and continually growing as an engineer. • You’ll get a chance to contribute meaningfully to the success of our organization. Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience developing and deploying production-level products and systems • 3+ years of experience directly managing an engineering team • Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and retain talented engineers • Ability how to drive company impact by balancing hands-on technical work and leading technical teams to peak performance • Experience leading large product and infrastructure initiatives for a technical team • Passion for and experience in building high-quality software and take immense pride in your craft • Experience working closely with other engineering teams and cross-functional teams like Product, Design, Sales, Solutions, and Marketing • Passion to work in and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity, autonomy and ownership
