• Manage and oversee medical coding operations for clients. • Ensure high-quality and accurate coding services. • Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction. • Coordinate with coding team for timely task completion. • Review coding quality, ensuring adherence to standards. • Provide regular reports to clients on coding progress. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and assist in team training. • Collaborate with other departments for project success.
Requirements
• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) • Previous experience in medical coding, billing, or healthcare account management. • Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance. • Experience with medical coding software and tools is a plus.
