Description

• Establish relationships with external entities to aid in the success of our Brand and Content enforcement services • Lead on strategic collaboration initiatives to reduce Intellectual Property infringements on platforms • Drive and implement frameworks and workflows derived from collaboration and partnership with organizations. • Build, maintain and leverage external relationships with social media platforms, online marketplaces, law enforcement, Industry bodies, ISPs, registries, registrars, and other intermediaries • Analyze, identify and monitor industry trends and policies to assist in defining Corsearch’s strategic enforcement activities • Report to the Director of Global Relations, with weekly updates and figures, identify potential issues and provide recommendations • Lead on escalations from internal stakeholders • Preparing internal documentation derived from key metrics to aid activities undertaken by stakeholders • Prepare documentation for official submissions to governments and trade acts • Represent Corsearch in external and internal events

Requirements

• Brand or Content Protection experience • Law (LLB), Information Technology, International Relations or equivalent Bachelor’s degree • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written • Demonstrated ability to work across a matrix organisation • Demonstrated delivery of performance management and personnel development • Proven delivery of business outcomes and targets on time and against quality standards • Knowledge of internet technologies and network • Strong capabilities in MS Power Point, Word & Excel • Proven ability to demonstrate objectivity, sound reasoning, and delivery of solutions • Ability to conduct research online across a wide range of subjects • Ability to deliver reports and presentations to a high standard • Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities • Collaborative approach and willingness to compromise to find solutions • A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment
