β€’ Client Management: Handling relationships with existing accounts, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction. β€’ Own the Commercial relationship for their client base with a focus on maintaining and growing revenue β€’ Revenue Goals: Targets for revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling. β€’ Strategic Planning: Collaborating with internal teams to align on account strategies and business development goals. β€’ Review accounts to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities (new services, greater penetration into the account) β€’ Market Knowledge: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in Europe. β€’ Reporting: Frequency and type of reporting expected, such as sales forecasts, KPIs, or account updates. β€’ Additional: Negotiate and convert up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, Keep Salesforce.com updated with timely, relevant, and accurate information, Manage renewal of contracts via CPQ process, engaging in commercial discussions and confirmations towards the end of the lifecycle, Understand fiscal year/budget cycles for client in your respective territory.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years in Account Management role (Customer Success also accepted) β€’ Experience with European markets is crucial β€’ Fluent in Italian β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, or other relevant systems. β€’ Demonstrable knowledge of procurement and contract process β€’ Willingness to travel about 20% β€’ SaaS background/Technology background, working in a scale up environment β€’ Experience working within the Brand Protection or Intellectual Property industry is desirable
