🎯 Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in restoration, construction, or a related field. • Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in Time & Material billing, remediation, mitigation, and abatement. • Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to build relationships, lead teams, and manage client expectations. • Problem-Solving & Organization: Excellent decision-making, conflict resolution, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. • Driving Record: Must meet company driving requirements, including age, experience, and a clean driving history.
