β’ Proven experience in sales, specifically in custom digital marketing and advertising solutions β’ Hungry to build their book of business and extremely confident in their capabilities as a sales professional β’ Prepared to grow extremely quickly within the organization β’ Organized and able to work with digital tools for record-keeping and internal and external communications β’ Exceptional listening capabilities - Actively listens to a Client's needs and designs solutions around these needs β’ Exceptional ability to build relationships and engage with potential clients, demonstrating a keen understanding of their needs and how our services can meet them β’ A simple, clear, and direct communicator who gets to the point and concludes what they have to say, allowing more time for the Client to talk β’ A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities β’ A commitment to staying informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, leveraging this knowledge to drive business growth β’ Candidates with a background in the healthcare industry who understand the needs and regulatory constraints of pharmaceutical and medical device companies are preferred
