Description

• Spearhead initiatives to identify and engage new clients that have yet to do business with us while also engaging existing clients with large budgets • Execute strategic outreach programs, balancing cold and warm leads, to introduce potential clients to our comprehensive suite of digital marketing, content creation, advertising, events, and agency services • Work collaboratively with our Business Development and Client Services departments to tailor proposals that align with prospective clients' unique needs and aspirations • Attend 2-4 industry trade shows annually to meet with new and existing Clients to develop and expand relationships and drive new business • Lead the RFP process for any Clients you are assigned to • Engage with the Account Directors regularly to ensure programs are meeting the proposed expectations and to work towards offering new incremental opportunities to clients throughout the year

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, specifically in custom digital marketing and advertising solutions • Hungry to build their book of business and extremely confident in their capabilities as a sales professional • Prepared to grow extremely quickly within the organization • Organized and able to work with digital tools for record-keeping and internal and external communications • Exceptional listening capabilities - Actively listens to a Client's needs and designs solutions around these needs • Exceptional ability to build relationships and engage with potential clients, demonstrating a keen understanding of their needs and how our services can meet them • A simple, clear, and direct communicator who gets to the point and concludes what they have to say, allowing more time for the Client to talk • A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • A commitment to staying informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, leveraging this knowledge to drive business growth • Candidates with a background in the healthcare industry who understand the needs and regulatory constraints of pharmaceutical and medical device companies are preferred
