Description

• Join Coverflex as we expand our sales team with a unique role for the Spanish market! • Looking for a bilingual professional (native-level Spanish is a must) to drive Coverflex's growth through sales. • Lead both new and existing client engagements, driving sales and expanding our customer base. • Build and maintain robust relationships, understanding client-specific needs to tailor solutions. • Deliver compelling product demos, engaging with prospects at various seniority levels. • Collaborate cross-functionally, providing vital feedback to internal teams to shape future product developments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in HR, Insurtech, or Fintech. • Fluent in English and Spanish (internally, we communicate exclusively in English). • Proven experience in both outbound prospecting and mid-long sales cycles (3-12 months). • Skilled in pre-sales, closing, and after-sales with accounts ranging from 50 to 1,000 FTEs. • Team player attitude, not just a solo top performer. • Exceptional at building lasting relationships and leveraging networks for efficient referrals. • Quick to adapt and comfortable in new, challenging environments. • Deeply customer-oriented. • Solid understanding of the Spanish HR/Finance Tech landscape. • Nice to haves Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot. Data Analysis Skills and industry network in HR/tech.
