Description

β€’ Assist customers through inbound calls and support ticketing systems β€’ Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers β€’ Handle inquiries related to company products, features, and services β€’ Fulfillment, billing, account management, technical, and configuration issues β€’ Escalate complex, unexpected, or recurring issues to internal experts β€’ Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to overall customer satisfaction β€’ Document customer inquiries, status, and resolution β€’ Provide Tier 1 support, troubleshooting, and resolving standard and recurring issues

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma/GED β€’ Generally, less than 2 years of experience β€’ Experience in software support within the automotive industry (preferred) β€’ Experience within contact center operations (preferred)
