Description

• Lead efforts to explore new HR capabilities and enhance through market research and partnerships • Pilot innovative programs for HR • Collaborate with technology enablement teams to stay at the forefront of new technologies • Develop partnerships within the HR Technology industry and maintain them • Integrate innovative solutions into HR processes through cross-functional collaboration • Identify enhancement areas and implement best practices for continuous improvement in HR Technology • Set metrics for success of innovation initiatives and report to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field; OR a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; OR a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; OR 10 years’ experience in a related field • Strong knowledge of HR technology systems and applications like Workday, UKG WFM Pro, SumTotal, ServiceNow, chatbots • In-depth knowledge of HR Tech trends and industry best practices
