Description

• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts • Promote brand awareness and secure profitable business • Collaborate with Regional Sales team • Manage business risks and opportunities • Recommend products and services that fit client’s needs • Drive contract negotiations • Provide on-going support to high value clients • Re-evaluate customer prioritization • Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Sales & Marketing • Experience in lieu of education will be considered • Minimum of 3 years of commercial account sales • Minimum 7 years working with and calling on distribution • Knowledge of commercial/office building segment, key drivers, channels, distribution and purchasing practices • Sales management experience preferred • Proven senior level negotiating skills • Leadership by influence, collaboration & coaching capabilities • Functional experience with CRM • Technical and Financial acumen • Ability to travel 40% of time to domestic locations.
