Description

• Manage customer service accountabilities on a Commercial Insurance book of business • Assist producer in development of service plan for key accounts • Manage renewal process according to agency procedures • Complete servicing of accounts including preparing proposals and issuing certificates • Promptly invoice all premium-bearing transactions • Review policies upon receipt for timely customer service • Promptly respond to customers' questions • Review client contracts and make recommendations • Maintain the electronic account file • Prioritize workload to meet objectives • Assist in eliminating gaps in coverage • Perform quality reviews as requested by management • Maintain effective working relationships with clients and insurance representatives

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License • Resident Property and Casualty Agent's license • Commitment to obtain advanced insurance education • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and decision-making skills • Experience with Microsoft Office products • Experience with Applied Epic preferred • Experience with office equipment such as computer, calculator, copier, phone and fax machine • Above average word processing skills • Strong respect for confidentiality • Ability to observe safety and security procedures • Ability to conform with workplace policies and instructions • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • High school diploma or equivalent • Three (3) or more years of Commercial lines insurance experience preferred
