Description

• Assist producer in development of service plan for key accounts • Manage renewal process according to agency procedures • Complete servicing of accounts, including but not limited to issuing certificates and auto ID cards • Processing endorsements, audits, binders, and maintaining current status on all account activities • Promptly invoice policies and other premium-bearing items • Review policies upon receipt • Promptly respond to customers’ questions and/or requests for assistance • Review client contracts and make recommendations to producer, client and/or carriers if it is necessary to modify existing coverage in order to comply with contract provisions • Communicate all necessary information to producers, clients, carriers and any other agency team members servicing the account

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license • A high school diploma or equivalent • A Property and Casualty Agent’s license • 3 or more years Property/Casualty Commercial insurance experience, small commercial accounts preferred • Strong time management and organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills
