β€’ Oversees recruitment and sales of RapidScale services to prospective and existing customers β€’ Leads a team of Cloud Solution Consultants to optimize revenue opportunities β€’ Constructs and implements strategies to engage sales partners and meet quotas β€’ Actively attracts, recruits, manages, and develops sales talent β€’ Collaborates with marketing to enhance reputation and strategies within the channel community β€’ Supports sales organization in building relationships with partners and customers β€’ Travels 50% of the time to build new and nurture existing relationships

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS degree with 8+ years of experience in managed IT services; or 12+ years without degree β€’ 3+ years of management experience β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, writing and editorial skills β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills β€’ Proven track record of Top Performing sales success β€’ Strong Closing skills β€’ Sales Leadership
