β€’ Fully remote position β€’ Work any shift during business hours, Monday - Saturday, 8AM - 8PM EST β€’ Interact directly with clients and partners β€’ Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders and clients β€’ Manage demands of clients to deliver high quality results in a timely manner β€’ Process requests via phone and email β€’ Perform root cause analysis and document processes

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a Customer or Technical Support role β€’ Alternatively, any level degree/certification beyond HS diploma with up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years’ Customer or Technical Support experience β€’ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Strong teambuilding skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities β€’ Self-directed, driven, and enthusiastic β€’ Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
