Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED required β€’ Previous customer service work experience β€’ Strong customer service skills and client focus β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written β€’ Organizational skills β€’ Problem solving abilities β€’ Technical capacity β€’ Professionalism β€’ Attentiveness β€’ Critical thinking and problem solving β€’ Service delivery β€’ Meeting schedules and deadlines β€’ Data analysis
