Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition and interviewing experience preferred • CPA preferred • Big 4 accounting professional service consulting experience preferred • Proven ability to understand and communicate an organization’s value proposition • Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting • Excellent oral/written communication, interviewing and interpersonal skills and a self-starter with excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills
