📋 Description
• Fully remote position requiring PA licensing • Recruit and train new agents to BenefitMall • Develop revenue growth strategies and sales activity • Collaborate using video and screen sharing technology • Service agents/brokers business for growth and clients business • Host strategy calls with teams; educate agents on products • Utilize internal systems for activity tracking and metrics • Market services to agents/brokers and coordinate sales activity • Develop strategies to drive technology adoption • Ensure compliance with BenefitMall confidentiality standards
🎯 Requirements
• Active Life & Health License required • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required • Associates degree preferred • 3+ years’ experience in health insurance/employee benefits sales • In-depth knowledge of group insurance products • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficient in web browsers
