📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Join a well-established food manufacturing company that’s been delivering consistent, high-quality products since 1907. • As part of their growing team, you’ll play a key role in driving inside sales and trade show coordination while supporting a nationally respected brand in the food ingredients space. • Key Responsibilities CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records (HubSpot or similar CRM) • Sales Support: Assist sales directors and team with order processing, reports, and account maintenance • Tradeshow Facilitation: Coordinate logistics, booth design, branding, and marketing materials • Inside Sales: Conduct 100+ cold calls per week • Generate new prospects and follow up on leads • Research and vet potential customers • Meet outreach metrics set by Sales Director • General Admin & Ad Hoc Tasks to support the sales function

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of inside sales or customer service/sales support experience • Experience in the food ingredients industry strongly preferred • Proficient with CRMs (especially HubSpot) • Bachelor's degree required • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
