📋 Description

• Remote Inside Sales Coordinator provides broad administrative support to the Sales Team • Key responsibilities include processing & input of inbound Trade Account applications, answering general inquiries, assisting Account Executives with order processing, and miscellaneous administrative support • Alleviates a portion of administrative demand on Account Executives to pursue business development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university desired • Minimum 2 years experience in the Event or Hospitality Industry in one of the following functions: Sales, Administration, and/or accounting experience • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, proportions, and percentages. • Strong organizational Skills • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus • Proficiency in IntelliEvent software • Experience with CRM systems and order management software • Ability to learn and quickly develop proficiency in new systems is expected
