β€’ Handle Incoming Phone Calls: Assist with consumer phone calls for payments β€’ Provide exceptional Customer Service: Handle calls respectfully and helpfully β€’ Provide Support: Handle consumer requests such as documents and inquiries β€’ Promote Payment Options: Discuss fee-free payment options β€’ Adhere to Policies/Processes: Remain compliant with policies β€’ Receive and Act Upon Feedback: Open to ongoing performance feedback

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or GED β€’ High speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed β€’ Previous customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred) β€’ Experience in the finance or automotive industry (preferred) β€’ Excellent communication skills (preferred)
