• Customer Service Representatives own the relationship with our valued customers. • Handle in-bound calls providing stellar service and policy/contract administration support. • Learn all facets of life insurance and/or annuities. • Investigate and follow up on customer questions and issues. • Meet service and quality goals, and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required • Bachelor's Degree Preferred • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience Required • Experience with universal and variable life insurance/annuity products Preferred • FINRA Series 6 Preferred
