β’ The Sales Operations Enablement Specialist supports the Sales team with internal-facing sales enablement tools. β’ Collaborates with Sales leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams. β’ Empowers the Sales team to exceed their targets and provide outstanding customer service. β’ Designs, creates, and maintains sales enablement tools, including playbooks and training materials. β’ Collaborates with Sales leadership to identify necessary plays for business objectives. β’ Gathers feedback for play materials and continuously enhances sales performance. β’ Ensures Sales team education on changes and initiatives regarding sales enablement tools. β’ Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall productivity. β’ Monitors sales enablement tool effectiveness and provides performance reports.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β’ Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to subprime auto finance. β’ Strong understanding of sales processes, play development, and sales strategy execution. β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions and workshops. β’ Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analyzing metrics and performance data to drive improvements. β’ Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. β’ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and influence stakeholders at various levels. β’ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
